How Wagering Works
Wagering requirements determine how many times you must bet your bonus amount before withdrawing winnings. For example, a 100% bonus of $100 with a 30x wagering requirement means you need to wager $100 × 30 = $3,000 in total. If you place bets with a 95% RTP slot, the expected loss per $100 wagered is $5. Over $3,000 wagered, the expected loss is $3,000 × 5% = $150. Since your bonus is $100, you are expected to lose more than the bonus value, making it harder to profit. To calculate your expected value (EV): EV = (Bonus × (RTP/100) – Wagering Requirement × (1 – RTP/100)). Always check the contribution of different games—slots often contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less or be excluded.

Security
Security is paramount when gambling online. Stake casino uses SSL encryption to protect your data, and it holds a Curacao license. However, winnings from Curacao-licensed casinos may be subject to local income tax, so consult a tax advisor. Always enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for your stake casino login to prevent unauthorized access. Never share your password or verification codes with anyone.
When Things Go Wrong
- Login issues: If you forget your password, use the «Forgot Password» link on the stake casino login page to reset it.
- Bonus not credited: Contact customer support with your deposit transaction ID. Ensure you met the minimum deposit and entered any bonus code.
- Withdrawal delays: Verify your account documents first. If delays persist beyond stated times, check for pending verification or contact support.
- Game not loading: Clear your browser cache, disable ad-blockers, or try a different browser. If on mobile, try the progressive web app (PWA) instead.
- Suspected account compromise: Immediately change your password, revoke active sessions, and contact support to freeze the account.
- Disputed bet: Review the game history and rules. If you believe an error occurred, file a complaint with detailed evidence.
Pro Tips
To maximize your bankroll, focus on games with high RTP. Slots like Blood Suckers (98%) and Mega Joker (99%) offer excellent returns. Avoid games with low RTP such as many scratch cards or keno (often below 90%). Table games like blackjack (with basic strategy) can have RTP over 99.5%. Baccarat and craps also offer favorable odds. Always check the game’s RTP before betting.
